Graham was very professional and gave excellent options and advice in a changing market.

Graham lied about numerous things, including the flooring warranties, pending insurance claims, other bidders, strata levies. I appreciate this seems to be common practice but it left me with little faith in him or Raine and Horne Double Bay. His redeeming qualities were that he was flexible with timing to allow me to see the property, he was easy to communicate with and he enabled me to secure the property for $50k less than the imaginary other bidders had apparently offered.
