We only met Graham the week of auction but found him to be very good. We missed the weekend inspection and Graham made an extra inspection to get us through on the Wednesday due to the auction being that weekend. He got us the building inspection first thing next morning and was there to ask any questions at anytime. He was very professional at the auction and right up until moving day. He is very knowledge of the area and found him to be open for any information we required. The only thing that disappointed us was once the hand over of keys had taken place he stopped helping. In the state the property was left to us we were advised by Graham that was what was discussed and agreed in which it wasn't. It left us having to pay for two trailers full of rubbish (including old washing machine and cupboards)left outside by previous owner. Something we never agreed to. So due to this it made our first week of moving in very difficult and especially as my husband left to work away for three months I was left to do it alone. So up until then we were happy but unfortunately ruined our buying experience.

I would't hesitate to recommend Graham Catt...It has always been a pleasure to deal with him...
