Graham was recommended to me after negative experiences with other FNG agents (for other properties) and he didn't disappoint me. I am an estate agent in Victoria and have found the standards of many agents in FNG frustratingly average. The unit he sold for me is lovely, but in a complex that is always slow to sell. I had done a 'down to earth' appraisal of the property myself, and Graham's opinion was in line with mine. The sale did take some time, but I was prepared for this. Graham's communication was always clear and honest, and at all times I was confident he was working for me and not just to get his commission. You can't often say that.
