I chose Paradise because of a strong local presence & a positive experience in an open home I visited about 2 years ago. At that open home they provided the best information package about the property of any agent I've seen; I was impressed and remembered when it came time to sell my own place. Paradise, & Jan, gave me the most confidence of the various estate agents I interviewed to handle the sale. The probability of selling was highest by using them. They weren't the cheapest, but the best.
