Graham and Ray White Drysdale signed my parents up to sell their home. This was done with the clear understanding that myself as their advocate acting on their behalf, would conduct all negotiation and communication to ease the stress and pressure on my parents. Graham did not communicate with me as instructed, increased my parents stress levels excessively by creating an unrealistic expected sale price range and then dragged them down tens of thousands of dollars, to finally pressure sell them to make a decision in 30 minutes or lose a sale!!! Unethical behaviour and lack of honesty displayed. Certainly did not work for the vendor or in their favour.
