I found Graham to be intuitive, a very important skill, as that is how he tuned in and was able to found the house that was exactly what I was looking for. It was the first house that I sat in, that he approached me in a very easy style, and then went about tee-ing up my being able to look at the house, that had in fact been open for inspection earlier that day, which I had missed. He gave me time to sit and get a feel for the house, which is very important. He answered questions. Just one thing. I was interested in getting solar panels, and in this day and age, I am surprised that this was not a factor mentioned in the promo. Luckily I said I would get them, and he then told me that the whole side of the roof had them. This was and still is to my joy. I would recommend Graham if need be to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a house. He was professional with just enough humanness to not be so professional that he wasn't seen as a real human being. I think when selling this is important. It was indeed "too easy" in dealing with him.

Graham was great to deal with. He always returned calls in a timely manner and kept me informed at all times. He was honest and trustworthy and far from the typical slick salesman. I would be happy to refer him to any of my family or friends to either sell their home or buy a home from.
