Prior to signing a contract with Graham to sell my house I met with four other agents. The reason I chose Graham was for his experience, people skills and knowledge. The other agents wanted to list my house $40k less than what Graham had proposed. I am incredibly happy with my choice to work with Graham as my house did sell for $40k more than the others advised and he sold it in three days. I would definitely list with Graham again.

Graham showed dogged tenacity in helping us achieve a fair result in a tough market. He treated the property like it was his own and to say he went above and beyond is simply the biggest understatement I have ever made. He worked nights, weekends, climbed ladders, moved shade sails and that's only the start. he worked hand in hand with us and the new owners the entire way. He made sure both parities were happy and smoothed out the bumps along the way. It was far from an easy sale and he provide honest, direct communication through the entire process. He wasn't scared to have the difficult conversation and was brave enough to tell us when he thought we had reached the best deal possible for both side of the transaction. I can not recommend Graham enough.
