I am not often moved to write to record my appreciation and recognition of outstanding excellence, knowledge, customer service and good practice. This is because it can be hard to find. This is not the case with Graham at Ray White, The Gap and this is why he has been our agent for the last 4 house sales in our family and why I have recommended him to friends who have also engaged Graham with success. The whole experience from the initial appraisal to the signing of the contract, the negotiation, finalising of the approved contract and liaising with the solicitors for settlement has been of the highest order. The punctuality of Graham and every member of the team cannot be faulted. Graham made it his business to be familiar with the intricacies of the property, to meet trades for upgrades to help with the improvement for it to be sold but was also familiar with the status of the real estate market in general. After each inspection we received feedback which to us was vital as it “kept us in the loop” and not wondering about outcomes. The reception staff were exemplary; the manner in which telephone calls were dealt with was obliging and helpful and does the whole team great credit not to mention the first impression given to public when making contact by phone. My family and I are extremely grateful to Graham and the team at Ray White as it has resulted in a brilliant outcome in a very efficient time and has made the whole process as stress free as the trauma of selling your home can be.
