I was very happy with my dealings with Graham and Bourkes, after recently selling a house and being so disapponted with my Agent, it was refreshing to deal with not only the professionalism Graham showed, but also the personalised attention. Communication was great, if we were told we would receive a phone call in ten minutes, the phone rang in nine minutes, fantastic when you are waiting eagerly for news.

To Whom it may concern Put the above unit on the market and Graham had it sold first open day for the upper end of the price I was after. All the suggestions and info he gave me was correct . Basically excellent service and I would advise anyone if your selling or buying in the South Perth /Como area dont go anywhere else .
