Grant has assisted us in selling our new built duplex in record time. Within first week in the market both properties had buyers. However, we did face some challenges along the way in terms of registering these properties under separate titles which was not related to Grant's role in the process. However, Grant was so helpful, so hands on and went above and beyond of his 'normal duties'.
