I found Grant good to deal with. He did have a good understanding of the market for our property. I did like the fact that he involved other members of his team in this process, a diverse pool of opinion etc. I can't say to his negotiation skills as he did not negotiate with me but I believe he did his best to achieve the price we agreed on. The best thing I liked was he kept us informed, almost on a daily basis, as to progress or lack there of.
