Getting the contract

We made the decision to go with Grant Day from Bell Real Estate in Emerald as a result of a demonstrated level of commitment even before we had signed a contract. Grant visited us several times to assess the property, deliver the Bell brochures outlining their service, and to negotiate and sign the contract. In addition to this, he and other members of the Bell real estate team called us to communicate the stages of marketing, open for inspections procedures and the process of sale. We were impressed at the inter connectedness of the Bell real estate offices as this ultimately contributed to the sale of our property.
