Grant is the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. He recommended low cost improvements to the property and gave me his estimated range for the sale price after doing that. Lo and behold 2 months later after the Christmas break he secured the sale of the property at the top end of that range. His communication and knowledge of the market was excellent. He seems to have great integrity and I can't recommend him highly enough.
From our first contact with Grant, everything went smoothly. He kept in touch with us and was quick in passing on our messages to the seller. He arranged viewings to suit us, as we lived many hours away from our intended purchase, and he was always on time and was able to answer all our questions. All this led to quick negotiations and exchange. Thanks Grant.
Dear Grant, I wish to state that I will be ever grateful for being referred to you to handle the sale of the one Hectare block of land that I had an interest in. You were very straight forward with your initial presentation and the professional manner in which you carried out the ongoing sales process was of the highest standard and there was nothing more that I could have wished for. I was in the Insurance Industry for 22 years and was well experienced and versed with the importance of quality professional sale procedures and attitudes..........I believe your agency meets and excels in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry and I would have no hesitation to recommend you to others. Regards, Robert Greenfield
It was really good to deal with Grant, always prompt responses to all our queries, very friendly although always professional. Will certainly be in touch with him again.
Thank you Grant for your help in securing 2/12 Toormina Place Coffs Harbour. As the property is for Sophie, who has a brain injury, we were impressed by the physical assistance you offered to her, and practical advice in relation to her living requirements. Additional information was supplied promptly, and you were pleasant and available at all times. We would recommend Grant Larsen to anyone listing or buying a property.
I have bought and sold two houses through Grant and both times very impressed. I have total trust in him and would not use any one else. He works very hard to do the best job for you and makes it all seem easy.
Made the process of buying our first property very easy and stress free. Were happy to answer and questions and very professional
Grant from day one has been a great agent to deal with. The transparency and credibility really stood out to us. Grant didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, but communicated with true honesty. Always communicating each new piece of information that came to light, made us feel like we had control of the situation. Would recommend Grant to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property!!!!
