Grant is the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. He recommended low cost improvements to the property and gave me his estimated range for the sale price after doing that. Lo and behold 2 months later after the Christmas break he secured the sale of the property at the top end of that range. His communication and knowledge of the market was excellent. He seems to have great integrity and I can't recommend him highly enough.
