I was very impressed by the professional manner in which the agency conducted itself and assisted in my purchase. I was continually updated of all progressions in the sale by Grant Larsen and from a buyers perspective l believe the service provided was first class
As an agent myself, I was frustrated and annoyed at being enticed to make several road trips from Sydney only to be gazumped each time, and left hearing broken promises made by other Coffs agents in this highly geared sellers market. Grant was true to his word, expedient, highly capable and got the deal done with a minimum of fuss (as well as setting a block record). Well done Grant. You win hands down over the others. Regards, Liz.
Grant was professional, punctual with all open home times, always secured our property after inspections and familiar with the property to be able to give a best-case presentation. Always updated us on the inspections, rated the interest shown and kept us fully informed of any progress and feed back from the interested parties and viewers. Grant always presented well, spoke well, and was always mindful of and met our expectations. Highly recommended Thanks from another happy client of NSW Real Estate Annette Matthews Coffs Harbour
Grant Larsen is a thoroughly professional agent. He was available whenever needed and handled the sale in an excellent, no-fuss and knowledgable way. I am most grateful for his essential role in selling my house.
Grant was up to date on most of the information on the property, informative and honest, not too pushy and we felt free to investigate comfortably. All enquiries were promptly answered and the entire purchase process was simple.
Although this rating is for Grant Larsen, unfortunately, I did not have the pleasure of working with him, but albeit, Jarred Huxter who was substituting for Grant while he was on holiday. Jared was a pleasure to work with, extremely thorough and accommodating. The office staff were very helpful by providing paperwork etc. since I did not have any access to electronic devices to print etc. I would have not hesitation on recommending your company to anyone. Kind regards, Marjorie Caulkins
We have used NSW real estate a number of times, and have bought through Grant twice before and now sold a property. Grant knows the market and the area extremely well, he communicates well always getting back to you quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Grant. Thanks Grant
We couldn't be happier with how the whole process of selling our house went . Grant was, proactive, kept us informed and listened to our concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell .
Having found the townhouse we wanted to buy, it was critical that we had an agent to sell our house quickly and for a realistic price. Grant's assessment of the market and the manner in which he marketed our house achieved that for us, we believe. What was also pleasing to us was that Grant brought high integrity to the process, not just caring for us as the seller, but also, as we saw it, for the purchasers as well. We have the highest respect for Grant as a result of our dealings with him in this sale and in the purchase of our new home and find him a man of high principle, trustworthy, utterly professional and with a warm personality.
Grant Larsen provided the integrity and ethics we wanted to find in an agent who was looking after his client whilst selling their property yet was considerate, wise and helpful in enabling us to be able to become its purchaser. We trusted him to find a way to sell our house so we could buy the townhouse that so appealed to us. That trust was not misplaced and his quiet professionalism gave us the confidence to follow his advice each step of the journey to successful conclusion. We thank him for that and for his care of us. He has our highest recommendation.
We were very pleased at how soon Grant was able to find a buyer and the price he obtained for us. Thank you Grant and NSW Real Estate.
