Despite having had success with NSW twice before, the lure of $120,000.00 extra was too much to resist so we went with another agency. Six months later, with very poor open house results, (including several 0 attendance), the price having been dropped back down to the NSW level, we still had no offers. So I asked Grant & Adam if they would take our property on again. No sign of "I told you so" - just pure professionalism and open house attendance levels we had only dreamed about. Within just a couple of weeks we had a couple of offers on the table. This was a difficult property to sell, including easements and buildings that needed work from a council perspective and it was all handled by Grant & Adam incredibly well. The first offer fell through, due to a relationship split that none of us could have foreseen, but without any quibbling they were back on the job and now, just 3 months after they took it on, but 9 long months since we first put it on the market, the property is sold. I won't be asking for any additional quotes next time. These guys are without equal in this area and we are truly lucky to have them.
