From our first email communication we were extremely happy with how Grant handled the initial enquiry. Grants expertise was further evidenced by the whole sale process, the marketing plan, advice and assistance and of course the auction and successful sale. Grant and the Allens team conducted a thorough, well organised campaign in an uncertain market. They kept us informed of progress, advised on next steps and sought our opinion on preferred strategies. Auction day was difficult but Grant and team made a good recovery, assembling a substantial group of interested parties two days later. An impromptu loungeroom auction produced enthusiastic bidding and a very successful sale result for us. We thought Grant and his team managed very cleverly the fluctuating interest in our property and engineered, from a difficult situation, an excellent result.

He knows his crowd, understands the wants and needs of the interested buyers as well as the requirements of the vendor and very effectively uses that information during the auction process. Grant is an extremely busy agent (and director of the agency) so has a a great team of people supporting him and his clients. I could not fault Tayo Nguyen for the way she handled the marketing campaign for my property and answered any questions I had. I probably would have preferred that the information I was looking for in some of my questions was provided up front though so I didn't need to ask the question.

Grant was a very easy person to work with on the sale of my home. He was very happy to be involved pre renovations, and give his recommendations as to what updates to the home would give me ROI.
