Grant Lynch has an incredible knowledge of the housing market and an impressive eye for detail. He very quickly identified the positives of my property and the negatives that needed attention. A plan for the sale, with timetable and a backup strategy were identified and put into very rapid action. Allens Real Estate is a very well organised company and the staff all very supportive of each other, resulting in a stream of buyers before any marketing was even started and a prompt and very satisfactory sale.
