Grant was very helpful and prompt with any required actions - even though I was the buyer. Quite often buyers are handled with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Not so with him.

Grant is both a very personable and effective negotiator. He's done his research and he knows his market inside and out. That said there were a couple minor administrative errors with the contract and my contact details that caused delays which became a little frustrating when the vendor later threatened to put the property back on the market as a result. All in all though Grant himself was an amazing agent and if you've got the choice, he's the best person to have in your corner. Grant's no nonsense, direct, and clear communication style is a hallmark of his unimpeachable integrity as an agent.
