Unfortunately we were buying a house from someone overseas and we kept hitting hurdles with the sale, the exchange, contracts, communication. Grant was able to work through each hurdle and effectively communicate with the seller, their Conveyancer and their Solicitor. Grant worked really hard to get us through the door and to make sure we were looked after theough the whole process.

Grant from Raine and Horne in Bathurst was absolutely amazing, he organised the house inspection and gave us all the time we needed to ensure the house and land was suitable for us. Grant also organised the building and pest inspection for the house which was fantastic as we don’t come from Bathurst. Nothing was too much trouble for Grant and we highly recommend him if your looking for your new home.
