Grant and his team had a great attitude and always sounded happy to assist when I called. He gave me the time to answer any queries and update me on the sale of the property throughout the process. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to meet with me and do the paperwork to get the sale underway. It was only 3 days from the time the property was listed online to me accepting an offer I was very happy with.
