We used Grant the first time we purchased and the experience was such that we used him again to sell the property. He displayed a professional approach and an same easy going attitude that made us feel at ease. We would recommend Grant if buying or selling.
When we were viewing properties for sale, Grant was the only agent who gave us space to wander through the property on our own. He remained in the dining room allowing us to take our time and discuss things between ourselves. All the other agents had stuck to us like glue when we walked through properties. And when we discussed concerns or things we didn't like amongst ourselves, the agents would make light of it or offer suggestions to fix it. We just wanted some space to ourselves to view the properties and Grant gave us that. Grant even accommodated us by allowing my husband to view the property after hours (as he doesn't finished work until 6pm). Even though Grant had finished work and had to take his children to soccer practice, he made it happen. Grant had answers to all our questions, including where and when repairs had been carried out. He was easily contactable (including on weekends) and always returned my calls. Grant was easy to communicate with, easy going and always professional.
