The respect, integrity and honesty Grant showed to us was something we had never experienced with a realestate agent before. We had dealt with others in the past that would use pressure tactics, misleading informations or flat out lies to try and sell a property. Grant however, let the property sell itself. Grant was incredibly honest and knowledgeable about the home and surrounding area. The patience and understanding that Grant showed in answering all of our many questions was sooooo much appreciated. We are living overseas so when we asked Grant if we could view the house remotely via Messenger FaceTime we weren't sure how this was going to pan out. I can only say that while we sat in a park in Singapore, Grant showed us around the house in Bathurst, with our daughter and son-in-law there with him. Grant negotiated the price that day between us and the vendors, and then we set up a Messenger group to continue from there. Grant answered every single one of our many questions professionally, accurately and quickly and we can't thank him enough for his professionalism through the process.
