Overall an excellent service by grant, property sold for the valuation he predicted. Took calls and texts any time of the week including the weekend. A preview of the brochure would have been preferable as we found after it was printed a small inaccuracy in provision of heating in the bathroom which then required it to be crossed out in the completed brochures, Which we felt would look unprofessional. Otherwise the service we received from grant was exceptional. Would recommend his service to other sellers.
