We worked with Which Real Estate Agent who provide details as to the best agents to work with and we asked for the top 3 agents to contact us first by email giving us their terms and conditions then by text to set up a call/meeting- Grant Matterson was the only agent who did as we asked and so we were delighted to give him our business. We liked that Grant came from the area, was passionate about the community, diligent and we respected his advice, judgement and expectations. He made it easy for us to prepare, manage and sell the property in a well defined process It was a positive experience given its our first auction so we would very much work with Grant again should the opportunity arise.
