I had an outstanding experience working with Grant Robinson from Harcourts Realestate Agent , from start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. They truly went above and beyond to help me find the right property and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was his attention to detail and deep understanding of the market. Grant patiently answered all my questions, offered honest advice, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I also appreciated how he kept me updated every step of the way and handled all the paperwork efficiently. Thanks to Grant Robinson, I found a property that fits perfectly with what I was looking for. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell — you won’t be disappointed!

Grant was fantastic in helping ne purchase my first home. From checking in throughout the settlement process to ensuring he made time to help me out when required. Thank you Grant!

Grant was wonderful to work with when trying to sell our property. Always available to answer any questions. Very professional and very respectful and made the whole process stress free. We would recommend Grant from Harcourts to anyone that has never sold a property and needs that support.

Extremely helpful and can be easily reached. Returned all calls and kept us up-to-date.

Found very easy to deal with prepared to listen to myself on issues and good getting back to me. Good organising open homes etc and very understanding of my inadequate E-mailing skills very helpful.

I was extremely happy with the service provided from Grant and Harcourts Mandurah. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and always available to answer any questions. Thank you!

Grant was recommended to us as a true salesperson. We found Grant very friendly, straight up, and practical. Very professional. His valuation of the property was realistic, and spot on to the price he sold the property. The valuation was inline with the price range I was expecting, in fact he sold it at the upper end of my price range. If I was selling another property, I would give Grant the listing.

Grant took the time to listen and then put into action what we wanted.

From our initial engagement with Grant Robinson at the time of listing our property for sale through to nearing settlement has been very professional with Grant keeping us up to date on a regular basis. Grants professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market in Mandurah and his advice made our sale experience stress free and easy.

Grant is very knowledgeable and patient. Am so happy with all the information he has shared with me. Thank you Grant. I will look for you again on our next purchase.

Grant has been great with the whole process. His knowledge is above expectations. He always helped when needed and I feel went above and beyond for us.

A honest agent that’s few and far between good service with an honest approach
