Grant was very helpful in communication of information and making arrangements to inspect the property. We purchased the property unseen as we lived interstate, and relied on family members to inspect it for us. Grant accommodated this well with his clients and we are very pleased with the purchase process and the final resulting purchase. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years, so have had dealings with several agents in that time. We did need to instigate the arrangements regarding hand over of keys and needed to consult directly with the seller about water taps, cleaning arrangements etc. This is not a criticism of Grant’s professionalism, just that we needed to instigate the process. Greater personal involvement of the agent at hand over along with a welcome hamper or gift adds to the buyers experience. Hence; 4 stars instead of 5
