I was aware of Grants excellent market knowledge in my area for quite sometime, having lived here for 36 years, estate agents have come and gone, but Grant has always maintained a high visibility in the area and and has by far and away been the go to person when selling in the Riverpark estate. He was always going to be the estate agent to sell our house. I highly recommend Grant and his team Jessie and Lydia They are attentive, approachable and extremely helpful in all ways that matter.
