It was a pleasant experience inspecting the property and Grant was extremely helpful from start to finish. No hurriedness, the explanation of certain features, the value, all the pros and cons and finally the negotiation and conclusion of the purchase. The entire process was handled very well knowing that we were really stretching to make this purchase and could have opted out anytime. Yes I would recommend him for sure. Excellent service.
