Grant has excellent experience both in real estate (especially in Brinsmead and surrounds) and also previously as a tradesman himself, so he knew what needed to be done from both a practical and a sales perspective to get the optimal price and pass on a good product. Living away from Cairns, we appreciated Grant and Shelby's extra attention in keeping an eye on the house while it was for sale, including ensuring mail was collected and gardens maintained. Yes, he has am amazing wealth of knowledge of the market sector and you might be thinking but there are others who have great knowledge. What sets Grant apart from others is his positive approach to engaging with you plus all of the following.
