Grant and Jess from Cairns Leading Real Estate were absolutely amazing selling our home in Cairns. We provided a goal price that within one week they had managed to obtain $2k less than that. Unfortunately, the buyer was unwilling to sign a contract, so I refused to progress further with them. Again within another week we had a signed contract of the dream price with the house settling 30 days later. Grant and Jess were consistently available and went above and beyond to help the process move as smoothly as possible. This included almost instantly arranging photography, carrying out checks on the house after we had moved out to ensure the cleaners had completed a professional vacant clean, the gardens were looking perfect for the new home owners and offered and ended up provided assistance for a minor repair required, which we were unable to attend to do to COVID 19. When dealing with real estate agents and viewing potential new homes, it is rare to find a gentleman who delivers on every front. Firstly he is totally professional and was punctual to all appointments. Secondly he new his product and assisted in researching details about the property. He was extremely efficient in processing the contract even offering after hours service for collection of signed documents . Grants went out of his way in lead up to Christmas shut down to complete the contract and have the purchase process progress to the next stage.
