Grant and his team were amazing! Firstly, Tanya in the rental team professionally managed a difficult tenant and used his bond to pay for cleaning and repairs. Then Grant and Shanja took over for the sale component. They managed to get my unit listed promptly and sold after the first open which was just days before Christmas. Throughout the entire process, the lines of communication were open, and I was kept updated regularly. They are a highly efficient and professional team.
