As a first home buyer Grant was patient, polite, honest and respectable the whole way through. Even though another buyer wanted to put it me, Grant told them they could not because it was currently under offer. He even met me at the home on settlement with chocolates & champagne to take a pic of me in front of the for sale sign for me. Thanks Grant for making the process smooth for me.
