Grant and Carla were great. We bought our property from Grant 10 years ago-ish. We put about 20k into it and sold for 20k under the price we bought it for. It’s clearly a hard market out there and I know after 10 months on the market Grant did an excellent job in finally selling the property. Thank you. Please send our regards to the loyal considerate tenant. I’m sorry if they are forced to move out. Please give them an epic reference.

I thought the service and communication was good but the expected outcome was not achieved

"Carla is amazing! We would highly recommend getting in touch with her if you’re in the market for a property. She is friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions."

I would definitely recommend Carla at Belle Property Great experteese and was always available to answer any questions. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent, process had little fuss

Grant was attentive throughout the process. He always kept us informed of developments and provided recommendations re strategy along the way. We were pleased with the final outcome and really appreciated the efforts of Grant and Carla.

We found Grant great to deal with, very prompt and thorough and provide a high level of service.

Carla and Grant are absolutely brilliant to deal with. Incredibly responsive and communicative. Would highly recommend this stellar team!!

Grant was amazing and extremely helpful in getting everything organised as we were heading overseas

We had an excellent experience with Grant and Carla from Belle Property South Yarra. Carla was available 24/7 and super fast to respond to any questions. Grants composure, post auction, to negotiate the price up to a level we were very happy with, was just great. Thank you!

Carla, and Grant were very professional in the way they conducted inspection as well as the auction and after the auction and in securing the property for my daughter , which she is over the moon . And for that a thank both of them, I will be highly recommending both of them and your firm to all locals

VERY POSITVE EXPERIENCE, immediately very proactive in exploring multiple options to find a suitable buyer for the property. Very detailed in helping prepare and present the property for sale and had very good knowledge of the property and local market. Sold "off market" in 2 weeks when previous agent spent 3 months for no results. Great communication and easy to contact to discuss the sale. Achieved a good sale price in a short period, this was exactly what we needed. Thanks Highly recommended.
