Grant approaches all his sales with diplomatic courtesy and panache. In our case, he was called upon to negotiate a minefield of self interest, from 40 owners in an extremely (complex) complex...not to mention the pandemic; which resulted in the less-than-expected price. Every potential purchaser was treated as a special case, with private viewings and given the benefit of his encyclopaedic knowledge of the history of Beverley Hills. Beverley Hills was established as a Company Share Title in 1956 (almost a 21st Century anachronism.) Grant made surviving all of the above (!) possible; with his great sense of care and optimism.
