Grant Wallace is the best real estate agent you will ever come across. After a poor experience with not one but two different local real estate agents, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and nervous to engage another pamphlet-distributing agent to sell my property. From day one of engaging Grant, the communication with him was second to none. I expected to hear from him once, max twice a week given my past experience however, Grant called me without a doubt after every inspection that was had at the property, when he received any communication from prospective purchasers that he thought I should know about and just in general to discuss the sale of my property. He never once failed to keep me informed and never overpromised - yet he exceeded all expectations. He returned every single one of my phone calls (no matter how many times a day), was reliable and always had a smile on his face. He is friendly, genuine, extremely professional and put in the hard work from day one which was evident when he pleasingly over-delivered the end result. He never made me feel like my concerns were irrelevant and constantly went above and beyond. Overall, he made me feel like he was selling a $5m+ house - not just a two bedroom unit. I can confidently say I will never use any other agent to buy/sell except Grant. I have referred him to my family and friends and, if you have not already engaged his services, you are missing out. If you want a real estate agent you can legitimately trust, who you know will put in the hard work and devise the best plan for your property and deliver the best result, then Grant is your man.

My experience working with Grant has been nothing short of ideal, I have found him to be helpful, warm, and authentic as an agent and a person.
