After a poor experience with not one but two different local real estate agents, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and nervous to engage another pamphlet-distributing agent to sell my property. From day one of engaging Grant, the communication with him was second to none. I expected to hear from him once, max twice a week given my past experience however, Grant called me without a doubt after every inspection that was had at the property, when he received any communication from prospective purchasers that he thought I should know about and just in general to discuss the sale of my property. He never once failed to keep me informed and never overpromised - yet he exceeded all expectations. He returned every single one of my phone calls (no matter how many times a day), was reliable and always had a smile on his face. He is friendly, genuine, extremely professional and put in the hard work from day one which was evident when he pleasingly over-delivered the end result. He never made me feel like my concerns were irrelevant and constantly went above and beyond. Overall, he made me feel like he was selling a $5m+ house - not just a two bedroom unit. I can confidently say I will never use any other agent to buy/sell except Grant. I have referred him to my family and friends and, if you have not already engaged his services, you are missing out. Grant approaches all his sales with diplomatic courtesy and panache. In our case, he was called upon to negotiate a minefield of self interest, from 40 owners in an extremely (complex) complex...not to mention the pandemic; which resulted in the less-than-expected price. Every potential purchaser was treated as a special case, with private viewings and given the benefit of his encyclopaedic knowledge of the history of Beverley Hills. Beverley Hills was established as a Company Share Title in 1956 (almost a 21st Century anachronism.) Grant made surviving all of the above (!) possible; with his great sense of care and optimism.

On both occasions, we found Grant to be extremely honest and genuine in getting the best result for us. He organised everything from marketing, styling, refurbishment contractors, potential purchasers and the many little things which makes the selling process easier for the seller. The Melbourne property was sold during the Corona Virus shutdown, meaning that we as Sydney siders could not travel to Melbourne to oversee the preparation of the property. Grant took care of all of the things we could not. We have been very satisfied with the results achieved and the ease with which the process was managed by Grant. We have tried other agents in Melbourne. But we found Grant the best by far and we highly recommend Grant to anyone wishing to sell a property.
