Grant has a lovely genuine manner and does not seem slick or insincere which is refreshing. He is personable, pays attention to detail and is trustworthy. He committed to selling and auctioning my property and achieved $50,000 above my reserve, which for a one bedroom apartment and no parking was a great result. I will use Grant's services again when I am selling my next property.
