Greg was in constant contact throughout the campaign and updated us with realistic price expectations all the way through. Although the property sold well in excess of what was quoted, Greg was true to his word with where the reserve price would be set. He not only called us after our inspections, but also provided information when the price was adjusted and the Section 32 became available. We will definitely be employing Greg's services for the sale of our next home.
