Greg is a great agent who definitely goes above and beyond for his clients. When I purchased a property on the Sunny Coast a number of years ago, of all the many properties I visited and agents that I met, Greg was the only one that seemed like he wanted to sell me anything and was the only one to follow up on my inspections. It only seemed natural that when it came time to sell, Greg was the best person to choose as I knew that he'd work hard in getting a good result. I recently purchased an investment property in Maroochydore through Greg Clarke at Ray White Mooloolaba. As I live 14 hours from the Sunshine Coast I was relying very much on the credibility of the agent to assist me with my purchase in all possible ways including, market value, auction support, negotiations with the seller and interim insurance cover. Although I live 14 hours away I was not unfamiliar with the property and it's current value as my mother has owned unit one in the same complex for the past 20 years.
