We arrived at our new address on the day of settlement and were thrilled with the unexpected welcome we received. The air conditioning was on so that the house was cool as it was an extremely hot day. The home was up to the standard we agreed to at purchase with all minor repairs completed and the house was even "Gift wrapped"!! Both Greg and Carla were most welcoming and helpful in making the transition from Melbourne to Queensland hassle-free.
