Greg is great and easy to deal with. He responded to all our questions promptly and kept us constantly updated throughout the process. I also highly recommend the Leasing team who looked after our property throughout the 5+years we had rented it out, especially Charlene who was very responsive and quickly actioned all requests. Thank you both for all your assistance!
I recently bought my first property with the help of Greg Okladnikov from Starr partners auburn. Greg helped me throughout the whole process. Communication was always quick. Greg is very professional with great customer service. Highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you Greg
We have recently worked with Greg and the team at Starr Partners to facilitate the sale of our original family home. We needed to get the house on the market and sold in a relatively short period of time, and right from Day 1 Greg's responsiveness and professionalism have been second to none. His local knowledge of both potential buyers and comparable properties has been outstanding and really gave us a lot of confidence in the lead up to the Auction. Greg kept us up to date on buyer interest through the provision of detailed reports and regular catch ups, which we really appreciated. Despite the last minute challeges presented by the pandemic and subsequent lock down, Greg and the team were able to pivot and shift gears quickly to ensure our experience and the sales process was not impacted in any way. We can't thank Greg and the team enough for their fantastic service and support.
Greg and his team are very cooperative, hard working and knowledgeable. Answers all your queries and response promptly. Had a good experience with them and recommends them a top selling agent in the area. Thank you, Greg.
Greg and Tom are the best! They were thorough and professional and great to work with. They kept us apprised about available appointments and always were available when we request adhoc. . After dealing with several other agents in the Auburn area and being disappointed, we felt lucky to find Greg and Tom. I would like to thank you both for all the communication that we have received till date. Thank you Yarina and Sakish

Greg is the best in the business. Honest. Trust worthy and a true professional who knows how to achieve an win/win result for the seller and buyer.
