Greg provided us the knowledge beyond our expectations, not only on the property itself but also the location, the surroundings & the market. He give us his honest suggestions and supports by keep listening to what we need. We wish we could met Greg earlier in the whole property hunting process.
After going through the sale of our property with Greg, the words the come to mind are "safe hands". Greg has your best interests in mind at all times. From our original scouting of agents in the area Greg stood out. My wife felt most comfortable with him, need I say more :) Greg provided the most detailed assessment of the property in regards to what potential issues might arise during the sales process, what we should do to prepare the property and what we should expect. His approach to marketing the property was also unique compared with others, and in the end, is what allowed us to get a great result. Hence the finger on the pulse review title. I highly recommend Greg, you won't be disappointed.
Communication was good, not overbearing. Professional in dealing with.
We found that Greg had a excellent understanding of the market in the Auburn area and was able to guide us along each step of the process. Good communication meant we were well informed as to the status of the sale and we were very satisfied with the result achieved in a reasonable short time even given the current market. Highly recommend Greg as a agent.
Greg was absolutely amazing in helping us sell our family home. I met Greg through my partner who bought a property through Greg. Both Purchase and Sale were great and Greg has educated us about the whole process and provided realistic time frames and information. You’ve been great to us and we thank you!
Imparted excellent knowledge of current market Very professional and approachable. He was always available to assist and inform It was a pleasure to have his support and guidance
Greg was the ideal agent for selling the family home that we had owned and grown in, for over 35 years. Throughout this emotive process, Greg demonstrated flexibility, transparency and the utmost expertise. We particularly appreciated his clear communication when managing the processes of administration and inspections. Throughout, Greg was always available, honest and helpful, smoothing out any bumps along the way, whilst managing our expectations and needs with those of potential buyers. We have been lucky to work with Greg, whom we felt comfortable to place our trust to achieve the best outcome possible for our family. Overall we have been impressed by the professionalism of Greg and the wider Starr partners team with not only achieving a sale we are happy with but also in managing the various processes throughout. We thank Greg and the Starr Partners Auburn team for their hard work managing our sale and look forward to working with them again in the future.
We found Greg great, because we didn't understand the computer, and he helped us all the way. He printed everything for us, and explained everything to us, he went far beyond his duty and we appreciated it very much, we would recommend him to anybody.
Greg guided me through all aspects of selling my house in a professional and considerate manner. The house sold for a price beyond my expectations and I feel that Greg’s understanding of the market and buyers was instrumental in achieving that result. Greg communicates exceptionally well and you are kept informed all the way through. His expertise can be relied upon. He also works to help you manage your tenant relationships in a very caring and respectful way.
Greg was very professional and made the process much easier for my parents. He knows the market well but where I was most impressed is he went way above and beyond to help my parents that isn’t even a real estate agents responsibility. I would highly recommend Greg to sell your property. He is honest, professional and reliable.
Greg has been the biggest helper and support for me this whole time. He has encouraged me in buying this house
