Watch this man. What you see is not what you get. Your first impressions will be of a conservative, reserved, even boring, man. However, his demeanour belies his hearty sense of humour, which appears to be a mix of bizarre and zany. Several times customers have come in to meet "the man who writes those crazy ads", only to be taken aback by his initial presence.
He does come from a conservative religious background, and is more interested in doing what is right for all parties, rather than what is convenient or profitable.
