Went the Extra Step

Troy is an experienced agent who always had our best interests at heart. He was diligent in keeping our house tidy and presentable for inspections as the house was vacant for long periods. I thought he was frank in our conversations. I found I needed to call him to get a summary of the open inspections, but this was hardly an issue. I was sure that if he had a matter of importance he would contact us.
