Greg was extremely professional and courteous. He gave a realistic valuation and managed to achieve the outcome we needed with two out of three of the people going through the property making an offer.

We have been looking for the right property for close to 2 years. I called Greg regarding a property and he asked some pertinent questions regarding what we were looking for and our intended use. He immediately advised the property I called about was not correct. He requested that if we were doing inspections already on Saturday (we were) then we should look at another property. We discussed the property in detail and determined it was worth viewing. We viewed and loved the property. This was a property we would have passed over as it did not meet some of our criteria. It was only through Greg's knowledge of the area, the property and his expertise in using our requirements to present to a property we thought unsuitable.
