Our situation was centred around the sale of a villa in Port Macquarie to enable my mother-in-law (client) to relocate to Perth WA and be closer to us. No hard sell from Kim. Very knowledgable about the property. Pleasant and very accommodating. Only problem I had as a buyer I paid the price the Seller expected. So, when ever I sell I know I have a good Agent that will look after me.
