Discussions, Process & Negotiations were undertaken in good faith and went very well. On viewing the property twice both times Greg provide ample time for inspection and did not rush me through the property.
Greg was great, got things done really quickly, I wanted the first house he showed me and managed to purchase it within a few weeks under the asking price. Can't comment on his market knowledge because we didn't look at more than one property or discuss the market in detail, however I'm sure he knows what he is talking about!
