Within 20 minutes of first meeting Greg we knew he was the agent for us. From our first informal meeting we never felt any pressure to sign with him . We were impressed by his local knowledge and his professional attitude. He was always very patient at the questions my 93 year old mother would ask about the marketing of her property. Greg suggested the improvements that we needed to make with out over capitalising on the property. He gave us a good time frame to work with . We were always keep informed throughout the whole process, with phone calls after each open house and written reports every Monday. On the day of auction he explained the process and made sure we got the best possible price for the property. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
