Was great to work with, honest which I think is the most important thing when dealing with agents

Daniel Gavan and team at Gavan Property Group did a great job in selling our home. We were previously on the market with another agent who generated interest but couldn't close a deal. So we changed course and decided the sinlge most important factor we needed was an experienced deal maker. Flash marketing and lead generation count for nothing if you cant close a deal. Enter Gavan property. From the outset Daniel was clear on what was missing in our previous campaign approach. The Gavan office is staffed by highly competent people. Maddison was all over the detail and ensured the experience was smooth sailing. Andrew Taylor is an experienced and total professional who helped us navigate the final stages. Daniel is the most experienced deal maker in the district and his considered and transparent approach were the key ingredients in a successful outcome. Lesson learned - experience matters - not years in the job, but number of deals closed across all market conditions. Any agent can sell in a booming market but will they optimise the outcome and how do they fare when the market is soft. Deal experience matters!

Daniel from the get go was honest and transparent, delivering a fantastic outcome in a extremely challenging market.

We met Patrick when we bought our home, he was representing the vendor, and sought him out again when we were looking to sell it - and we really enjoyed doing business with him. He kept us fully informed during the process, responded quickly to our questions, laid out a clear plan and executed it very well. He is a personable and highly professional agent who sold our home in record time at a price over our expectations. We will happily work with Patrick again.

It has been a year since we began our house-hunting journey in February 2025. During this time, we met many real estate agents, and Team Wedes truly stands out as the best. Patrick and Myanna are both professional and trustworthy. They genuinely care about us and worked very hard to help find the right property for our family. Throughout the process, Patrick and Myanna went above and beyond our expectations. We are very grateful for all their help and support along the way. We highly recommend Team Wedes to anyone who is buying or selling a property.

Patrick was crucial in helping find and process my current property, with deep knowledge of the local property market and trends. Would highly recommend for any first home buyers.

It was a pleasure working with Tina. Her professionalism and strong market knowledge were outstanding. Tina’s ongoing communication with me regarding the property during the sales campaign was very impressive and greatly appreciated. Tina was always courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend working with Tina!

What an amazing experience! Tina made the whole process simple and stress-free. She was incredibly easy to work with, always responsive, and truly had the best interests of both parties at heart. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home—thank you so much!
