During a particularly long settlement, Gus assisted me greatly in the purchase of my new home. His communication with me was prompt and consistent, providing me updates throughout the process. He provided effective advice and was not pushy at all. Highly recommended.

Gus commenced the sale of my home in October and with a slow market it took longer to sell than I originally had hoped. However, I was constantly updated on results of "Home Opens" by Gus and any follow ups to potential buyers. During this time, with advice from Gus, reconsideration and adjustment to the Selling Price of the Greenwood property were made. I was relieved in February when the SOLD sign went up. Gus was extremely helpful when we were purchasing our investment property. We experienced a lot of issues with our financial institution and Gus ensured that these issues did not stop us from getting the end result that we wanted.
