Having now accepted an offer on our house about 8 weeks ago for the price that we wanted (in an absolute buyers market) - and now seeing other houses in the same area STILL for sale, we am so very grateful we went with Gus. We originally selected Gus, because out of the 6 agents that we received an appraisal for, he was the only agent whom inspected every inch of our property before appraisal - including shed, 'dead' side area etc. But once we read the 'No Fuss Gus' and 'Gustomised Sales Appraisal' - how could we not select him as our agent! Gus was always available to answer queries and responded to messages/voicemail promptly. He was also available for other house-related advice - buying of other houses, mortgages, moving house etc. Gus' best attribute is that he is an 'active listener' - that is - He will take the time to listen to you as a customer. We felt very 'talked over' by other agents, and Gus is certainly not of this nature, which was a welcome surprise and made us feel like we were working together to sell the house.
